We provide compassionate, practical support for families of people who are incarcerated or recently released. Our services include individualized case navigation, clear explanations to help families understand legal and correctional processes, assistance accessing benefits and community resources, emotional support with referrals to counseling when needed, and guidance for communicating safely and effectively with a loved one while they are incarcerated. We also offer workshops on financial planning, realistic re-entry expectations, and how to advocate for a family member’s rights, along with peer-support groups designed to reduce isolation and build resilience. Our goal is to empower families with accurate information, meaningful connection, and persistent advocacy so they can support their loved one’s successful re-entry and protect the well-being of the whole family.
